1. Service and contracting party

Pontia is owned and provided by KON Global Co., Ltd. (company registration no. 0105568137772), with its registered office at 748, 5th Floor, Soi Sukhumvit 30/1, Sukhumvit Road, Khlong Tan, Khlong Toei, Bangkok, Thailand. KON Global is the clinic’s contracting party and is responsible for providing the service. AnyVet Co., Ltd. provides technical infrastructure and operations to KON Global as a service provider. Pontia gives clinics a shared workspace for connected customer channels, team collaboration, customer and pet context, and optional automation features.

If these terms conflict with a signed agreement between KON Global and a clinic, the signed agreement controls for that clinic.

2. Authorized use

Pontia is a business service for clinics and their authorized staff. The clinic is responsible for approving users, assigning appropriate roles, removing access promptly, and keeping account and connected-channel credentials secure. A user must not share an account or attempt to access another clinic’s data.

3. Clinic responsibilities

The clinic is responsible for:

  • having a lawful basis for customer communications and the personal data it enters into Pontia;
  • providing required notices and honoring customer choices, suppression requests, and channel rules;
  • ensuring that messages, attachments, pet notes, and staff instructions are accurate and appropriate;
  • reviewing staff access and activity and reporting suspected compromise promptly; and
  • using Pontia consistently with professional duties and applicable veterinary, advertising, privacy, and communications laws.

4. Acceptable use

Users must not use Pontia to:

  • send unlawful, deceptive, abusive, unsolicited, or unauthorized communications;
  • circumvent a provider’s messaging window, consent requirement, rate limit, or account restriction;
  • upload malware or content that infringes another person’s rights;
  • probe, disrupt, reverse engineer, or bypass the service’s security or clinic isolation; or
  • use automated output as a substitute for required professional judgment.

5. Connected services

LINE, Meta services, email providers, mobile platforms, and other connected services are governed by their own terms. The clinic must maintain valid accounts and permissions with those providers. KON Global may block a send or disable a connection when needed to comply with provider rules, prevent duplicate delivery, or protect the service.

6. AI, translation, and automated assistance

Optional AI and translation features may summarize context, draft text, classify a request, or suggest a handoff. Output can be incomplete or incorrect. The clinic must review output before relying on it and remains responsible for messages sent to customers and for every clinical decision. Pontia is not an autonomous diagnostic or treatment system.

7. Data protection

Each party must meet its obligations under applicable data-protection law. The clinic controls the purposes of customer and pet data it places in Pontia. KON Global handles that data to provide and secure the service and follows the clinic’s documented lawful instructions, subject to legal obligations. AnyVet may handle that data as KON Global’s technical subprocessor. Additional processing terms may be set out in a signed agreement.

See the privacy notice and data deletion instructions.

8. Service changes and availability

KON Global may update Pontia to improve security, reliability, provider compatibility, or functionality. Connected-channel availability can depend on third-party providers. Support levels, maintenance commitments, backup objectives, and service levels apply only when stated in a signed agreement.

9. Fees and taxes

Fees, payment terms, usage limits, and taxes are governed by the clinic’s order form or signed agreement. Public website text does not replace an agreed commercial quotation.

Monthly and annual subscriptions are billed in advance. Cancellation and refund handling is described in the cancellation and refund policy, unless a signed agreement states different terms.

10. Intellectual property

KON Global retains rights in Pontia, its software, design, and documentation. The clinic retains rights in its data and content. The clinic grants KON Global the limited permission needed to host, transmit, secure, and otherwise process that content to provide Pontia.

11. Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended to address a security threat, unlawful use, provider restriction, material breach, or unpaid amount under an applicable agreement. Termination, data export, retention, and deletion procedures follow the signed agreement, applicable retention schedule, and legal obligations.

12. Liability and governing law

Pontia is provided subject to the warranties, remedies, exclusions, and liability terms in the applicable signed agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Unless a signed agreement states otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.

13. Contact

Clinic users should contact their clinic administrator or the KON Global contact named in the clinic’s service agreement. KON Global can also be reached at konglobal2025@gmail.com or +66 65 939 5783.
